Before arriving at the Hostellerie Saint Florent, begin your stay by discovering two major memorial sites.
The Alsace-Moselle Memorial presents the unique history of Alsace and Moselle from 1870 through to the development of European unity.
Its exhibitions provide an insight into the turbulent history of a region whose nationality changed several times and which was profoundly affected by the conflicts between France and Germany.
Continue your day with a visit to the memorial site of the former Natzweiler-Struthof concentration camp.
This important place of remembrance tells the story of the only concentration camp established by the Nazis on the territory of present-day France.
After your two visits, continue to Oberhaslach and settle into the Hostellerie Saint Florent.
On arrival, enjoy a glass of Crémant d’Alsace.
In the evening, a 3-course dinner will be served in our restaurant.
First night at the Hostellerie.
After your buffet breakfast, head to Mutzig to visit the Fort of Mutzig – Feste Kaiser Wilhelm II.
Built between the late 19th and early 20th centuries, this vast fortified complex was one of the most important German fortifications of its time.
During your visit, discover its underground galleries, barracks, technical installations and defensive structures, offering a fascinating insight into military history.
After your visit, return to the Hostellerie Saint Florent.
In the evening, enjoy a gastronomic 4-course dinner in our restaurant.
Second night at the Hostellerie.
Start your final day at a leisurely pace with our buffet breakfast.
After breakfast, enjoy a little more time in the Bruche Valley or begin your journey home.

The ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and the two sites may be visited on different dates.
