A guided tour of the sculpture path by the association « Les Géants du Nideck » (Duration: 2 hours)
In 2003, the association « Les Géants du Nideck » organised a symposium of sculptures with 8 international artists in Oberhaslach. The artists’ main purpose was to build huge sandstone works with the “Giants” theme in mind.
The legend of « Les Géants du Nideck » is part of the Alsatian heritage. Told by Charlotte ENGELHARDT and written by the GRIMM brothers, it was put into verse by the poet Adalbert de CHASSIMO
